Face to face sessions in The Engine Room, downstairs at Halton Mill.
Our new venue of the Engine (or Seminar) room at Halton Mill provides an easily accessible space on the same level as car parking toilets and kitchen.
These sessions have a regular group of participants but are also welcoming to new, "never done qigong before", attendees.
If you're wanting to try my sessions you can pay as you go (£9 per session) or blocks can be booked ahead,
pre-booked and prepaid sessions are £7 each.

There is plenty of road parking near the Mill, let me know if you are coming for the first time as the layout can be a bit daunting. Look out for the Qigong this way sign.

Introduction to Qigong
Running over 4 sessions at a time and spaced throughout the year, these sessions provide you with the basic stances and moves that make up Shibashi qigong, and give you a flavour of what qigong can do for you.
